Job Description:

  • Constant follow up & attending promptly any queries of the customers.
  • Take Prospects for Site visits for our Residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, Giving clarity.
  • Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with the interaction at all touch-points.
  • Assist the Customer in booking & providing the necessary details.
  • Should be good in negotiating and closing the sales.
  • Should be able to provide the complete support to the clients.
  • Suggestion and ideas to improve the qualities of service, promotions & any other novel ideas to improve the sales and service.

Education : MBA/Any Degree.
