  • Specialize in non-litigation due diligence, primarily focusing on property documentation.
  • The role will involve overseeing the entire documentation process related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, and managing a detailed checklist of necessary documents.
  • Responsible for reviewing and verifying key property documents like titles, agreements, and approvals. You'll also need to check the chain of ownership, title deeds, and ensure that the property is free from encumbrances or disputes
  • You’ll also maintain a detailed checklist to ensure that all required documents are present and accurate before a transaction is completed.
  • Search / Scrutiny of Property Titles.
  • Study and advice on title documents & clearance.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting in preparation and submission of legal documents to concerned government authority/ banks and liaison for all approvals.
  • Filing and maintenance of documentation of all legal matters/processes and contracts.
  • Assist in all the matters that require legal intervention.
  • Requirements :
  • Candidate must have a Law Degree.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate company.
  • The candidate must be up to delt with various civil laws, By laws, Terms & Conditions and Policies.
  • Good command over Kannada language especially Reading and speaking is a must.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide direct administrative assistance to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Willing to travel to other locations as necessary for meetings, site visits, and business events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Director (as and when required), including emails and letters. Respond to inquiries and escalate matters as necessary.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain and organize documents, contracts, reports, and other important files, ensuring documents are properly filed, archived, and accessible when needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure that office operations are running smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and fulfill responsibilities efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information, such as financial data, legal documents, and strategic plans.
